Hi,
If possible, try a different USB port, cable or even PC and see if your phone is being detected. If it is finally detected, you can try to Turn on USB Mass Storage in your phone 'blind'. By that I mean, when connected to the PC and if your digitizer is working, swipe down from the top of the phone to open USB options, then tap about 1/3rd the way down in the middle of the screen. Hopefully you will have enabled USB mass storage connection and then you will be able to use the PC to copy your data from the phone. You may have to try unplugging it and tapping it a few times in slightly different places on the screen until you get it right. Once you have got your data then try hard resetting it. Maybe a way to see if the digitizer is working before you start anything (I don't know your phone) try answering a call (I assume you tap or swipe something you would know how because you have to do it 'blind') If you can at least you know that your digitizer is working. Hopefully this may be of some help. Also tap the 'home' key before you start so that you know you are starting from the home menu.
Sorry forgot about the screen lock - if pattern you should be able to unlock by normal manner I think, if pin you could try connecting a USB keyboard via an OTG (on the go) cable suitable for your phone and typing in the numbers. then swapping back to the USB cable to the pc
