It may be easy to be confused what is the cause, but as the screen seems intact and it happened when you tilted the screen I think it’s more likely to be a flex cable problem. It’s not expensive - try it first. But be VERY careful inside, the clip connector is fragile. Tackle it with a toothpick. And beware FLASH DISCHARGE PADS. Touching them is a little trick to momentarely waste a few hundred bucks killing your camera as I did once. Better never get there.
