Hi,
I do have a surface pro 7+ myself however in terms of screen replacement you are plumb out of luck unless you go to microsoft or basically destroy your current screen because of the adhesive.
I’ve dealt w big companies so they would charge a large sum of money to replace a part (E.G my Apple watch S4 broke they were gonna charge $400 AUD to fix software corruption and a new one cost $430 AUD).
This is the nature of these companies and if you want to do it for (Probably a fraction) less money then maybe look on ebay get yourself a pro tech toolkit and it’ll be a fun experience but if this is a primary machine i suggest either sending in for repair or just getting a new one.
Can you please attach an image of how bad the damage is please?
