Broken TV screens cannot be fixed, they have to be replaced.
Finding a replacement screen is usually the problem and if you do find one then most probably it is half the cost of a new TV.
-Disconnect the power to the TV and then remove the back cover and locate the screen make and model number somewhere on the back of the panel itself. Use the screen make and model number to hopefully find one.
