There are 3 fuses associated with the audio system #5, 14 & 20, so you may want to check all of them to make sure that they’re all OK. The clock uses a different fuse so that is why it still works.
-2 of the fuses i.e. 14 & 20 feed directly to the radio and the amplifier respectively, but fuse #5 feeds through the accessory relay which is operated by the ignition key.

Here’s a composite image of the power supplies to the radio unit taken from the 2006 Dodge Caravan service manual that may help. It shows how the power gets to the radio and amplifier. If the fuses are all OK, check that power is getting to the connector pins on the radio and amplifier as marked on the wiring diagram and if it is there OK then the problem is in the radio (or amplifier)
