Any ideas for troubleshooting Bluetooth connection issues?

Hi! I'm struggling with Bluetooth connection issues of my Poco F1 with multiple devices (including speakers, headphones and fitness watches), affecting the use of Bluetooth pretty much 100% of the times I tryied in the last months. Most of the time, audio input and/or output is choppy when using Bluetooth speakers/headphones or even impossible. It can't connect to my fitness watch for more than a few seconds or not at all. Those devices work fine with other phones.
First, I tried a full software reset, but it had no effect. Earlier today, I followed the awesome teardown guide provided here (up to the remove motherboard cover step). I have no idea where is the Bluetooth antenna and even if it is plugged into the motherboard or part of it. Therefore, I checked several connectors attached to the motherboard then reassembled the phone. As soon as I turned it back on, it managed to keep stable Bluetooth connections to a speaker and watch, but only for some minutes.
Could someone provide me with guidance for solving this issue? What/where should I be looking for on the F1's motherboard?
Thanks for taking your time to read this.
