No microphone and no earpiece but loudspeaker works

iPhone 6 Plus, microphone and earpiece are not working. No sound from ear speaker during call, microphone doesn’t work on voice memo. Loudspeaker works during call and on apps (i,e. youtube).
Replaced front camera flex with ear speaker, replaced audio IC. No result.
The question is: is there any chance those symptoms can be related to smaller audio IC (speaker amp , U1601 )? Is it reasonable to reball this IC or replace?

For iPhone 7 there is know solution with 4 jumpers, is it applicable for iPhone 6p? If yes can someone send instruction.
