Hi there. I’m not sure if you got your window issue fixed, but I had the same problem on my 2009 Elantra. It turned out that the switch contacts were corroded. I just had to open up the door, pull the switches out and file the contacts down a bit.

If this doesn’t work you may need to replace the switches (which is fairly cheap) or the motors themselves.
