BNTV450 Can't find repair guide for screen

The Nook HD that comes up when searching for the model # "BNTV450” doesn’t look like the tablet I have.

Screen is 7”, with ''no'' nook button at the bottom edge of the screen. Power/Volume on right edge, charging and aux ports at the top.

Any help on how to replace the screen, as well as what parts I’d need?
