Often an auto blower fan suddenly becoming noisy is a small leaf or twig inside the fan. Before buying a fan check YouTube to see if there’s a video on how to replace the fan blower. If you can get the blower out (it seems that some on some assembly lines cars are built around blower fans :-)) be sure to remove any debris near the blades. If you can get to the fan bushing, a dry lubricant will often quiet them down.
