So since the toy cuts off after being 2-3 seconds on, and the spinning bowl also cuts off with the audio, I would assume its a faulty connection. Meaning that the toy barely has enough power to play. Assuming that you already replaced the batteries, I would check the two gray buttons on either foot as a wire could be sliced or unsoldered there. I would also recommend to clean all 6 chipboards with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip as dust or dirt could prevent the toy from staying on. Make sure that the light from the nose and two paws are working and blinking as that could be the problem. I would also recommend lubricating the motor, as the motor could barely have the strength to keep turning. If there’s any corrosion in the battery case, clean it and check the red and black battery wires to make sure they aren’t damaged.
