Apple Watch Screen Won't Turn On Completely After Battery Replacement

Swapped the Battery and Force Touch Sensor. Didn’t tear anything but the grounding. I was worried about that, but it appears you do not need it? I saw the watch turn on when I placed it on the charger. Apple Logo on black screen. Didn’t boot all the way. Have tried to hold down the crown and button for 15 seconds (on and off the charger). Have tried to turn it on just with the button too. No success.
