I have purple and green lines that change every so often

Hi so I was putting new screen protector on using 99% isopropyl alcohol and afterwards I noticed a green line that went then it came back with a few more and now is one purple line. It was fine in the morning but when I’ve been using my phone its came back I was also applying a lot of pressure on the screen protector for bubbles any ideas if it is the alcohol how to get it out.
