Battery charging but not increasing after replacement new battery

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello there,[br]
I found quite a bit of info about this issue but I can’t figure out what is the cause. [br]
[br]
Many posts talk about the FL11 being damaged when disconnecting the battery causing issues with Gas Gauge Capability. [br]
Unfortunately I don’t have anything else to take photo of the pins with, but from what I could tell it should still be there. I downloaded iBackUpBot to confirm and it shows gas gouge as true as you can see in the screenshot. [br]

I bought new charging cable to rule out it’s not an issue, I tried charging it with my USB port on a laptop, I tried using charger from my old HTC with the new cable with no results. [br]
[br]
I tried resetting my settings, and finally I put the phone through DFU, still same issue. I don’t know what else should I try. If there are any people who could help it would be greatly appreciated. [br]
Thank you.
