I have Mecbook Pro ‘15 2019 and my left fan it makes a buzzing noise from time to time. as if there was some friction. I have already cleaned everyrhing inside, it seems it is simply worn out. Already found an almost new original fan to buy.
my question is can i just replace this fan? I know that this computer has a T2 chip and some parts are serialized, so they need to create a repair process in the GSX System, add a new serial number, and perform AST diagnostics, Is it also necessary for the fan?
