I have been having the same issue, as many of us have :( [br]
I have contacted the support team and was only directed to the life time warranty program, as many of us have :(

I found a different (tempory) solution, as all the a.m. solutions didnt work for me. I noticed that if I hold the left ear cup on my ear, and move the right one around (towards my nose, and to the back of my head) that the sound eventually returns. Sometime very low, somtimes completely.

This leads me to believe that it is a cable issue or a solder issue. Anyways, very annoying!

Another issue… anyone able to use the V-Moda app? All I get is a loading screen.
