Follow [guide|2331|this guide] up to step 10 and see if the actual button has been dislodged. Once you have gone that far, check the switch without the cover and see if you can "feel " it click. Check for the plastic button in the cover and see if it cracked, broken or if you can loosen it. Hope this helps to get you started
