You guys need to check the 8 pin mosfet on the motherboard. It should be located north of the battery input on the board and another where the charger inputs into the motherboard. Get a multimeter and test the pins 1-4 to pin 6 and 7 (two center output pins) to see if 19 volts pass through. If not then the mosfet is bad.
