TV shutdown. No picture or sound.

I replaced all 7 fuses and reconnected the power. The TV powered on with audio on one channel, but no picture. The power board has a green flashing light and the left board has a solid green light. When the TV is first turned on there is a clicking sound. Can you offer any solutions?
