there is nothing strange about it - what you broke off in the photo is the switch tape. There is a power on switch and some control signals. More important question - have you not caused a high-energy spark in the system. Connect the working screen and start the tablet by shorting the pins on the connector of the broken tape (or by inserting the lighting cable connected to the computer - this is important). Check if the tablet starts up at all. Then we'll worry about what to do next. Keep your head up - it happens sometimes. The next time leave frustration behind the door of the workshop - this work requires focus and respect for the device. Especially with tablets.
