No sound is coming from my Mackie CR3 speakers

I bought these off of Amazon just a week ago and finally set them up today. When connected with bluetooth, there’s no sound. When connected direct to focusrite, no sound, direct to PC, also no sound.[br]

Not sure what to do here. Light status is on, but nothing is getting sound.
