Hi,
If you remove the Google account from the phone, you will lose all the features provided by Google only, e.g. access to the Play Store to download apps, Google cloud storage etc.
You will still have the features offered by having a Samsung account e.g. Samsung cloud, Samsung store etc
To remove the Google account from the phone go to ''Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Options''
