Sounds like your screen broke. Nabi has 2 'screens'. A piece of glass on top, then the LCD screen below. The LCD screen can be broken by hitting or twisting it. It can also become more prone to breakage if you leave it out in excessive heat.[br]
Nabi will fix the screen for about $60. Otherwise, take it to a repair shop to have it fixed.
