Phone won't boot up (secure boot failure) RARE ERROR!

My phone has an error, when i try to boot it up it just says “SECURE BOOT FAILURE!” and the screen goes black. [br]
The only way to power off the phone is to remove the battery and put it back in.[br]

This error is extremely rare and ive looked everywhere but nothing could be found.
