Why my h910n not playing any sound

So I had this Sony h910n for a couple of months and it was working perfectly until one day I turned it on and I couldn't hear any sound not even its own opening sound. Tried factory resetting it and looked through the internet but I couldn't fix it .

Any advice/solution will be much appreciated :))
