I’m not sure how to tell the difference between a TN and an IPS screen based on the part number, but the 1920 x 1080 screens all have FHD in the part title. Also not sure if the “T” in the part title indicates that it is a touchscreen as well.

Try searching online using the ''part number only'' to find suppliers that suit you and then contact them and ask regarding the panel type etc.
