What is the difference between the two batteries?

My battery is not holding a charge very long and I am considering replacing the main battery ($99.95) but then I see there is a PRAM battery.

How do I know which battery needs replaced?  I can tackle changing hte expensive one but don't feel confident tackling the PRAM battery.
