After screen replacement battery not showing or charging

So after replacing my screen, my macbook does not work without the charge cable, en booting or even opening Safari takes like 10 minutes. Loud fan noises everything is laggy i can't even do a cmd + R cause booting causes like 10 minutes. Before the screen everything was charging fine and working perfect, but now i can even work with it. Anyone knows what the isseu is here?
