Also having issues with the same errors after upgrading to a 2TB Sabrent M.2 2242 (via Sintech M.2 NVMe SSD Adapter).
Upgraded from stock 128GB to the 2TB above and installed Big Sur to match my Time Machine backup. OEM SSD was on Big Sur so decided to install the same to be safe even though Monterey / MacOS 12.x is out.
Struggling to understand where the issue is coming from. SSD firmware? That, at least, would make sense.
