I have the same problem with this same printer. I spend hours figuring it out, in the end i found the parts above the left side of the cartridge tray that responsible for the stuck of the cartridge. i used a thin and long screw driver to push the white lever up to unblock it and the cartridge tray is able to move in and out again as usual. This parts not even mentioned in the HP manual for this model.

I have the same problem with this same printer.
