Did you mean a Sharp LC32CHG6021K?

If so try a [https://www.hardreset.info/devices/sharp/sharp-lc-32chg6021k/hardreset-second-method/|factory reset] and check if this resolves the problem.

After the reset you will have to set it up again but hopefully only the one time.
