Replaced the USB Charging  Port Connector and that fixed it.   You will want to have a soldering pen with the small conical tip and a  de-soldering tool , and a magnifying glass is helpful  when soldering the 5 small wires.  Compatible port models: ME370T ME370TG ME571K
