How to fix key repeats in butterfly keyboard

i have macbook pro2016 with  touch  bar and butterfly key  board, i have now started having   issues with  key repetition in more than  40% of the keys, what  is the remedy other than replacing keyboard with  another butterfly to trouble me again after some time.

Repetition error like:  The quick roown ffox jumps over a lazy dogg
