Seems as though the laptop is not starting correctly and passing POST. Perhaps due to a corrupted BIOS.
Try a full power refresh and check if that resolves the problem. A power refresh restores the BIOS to its factory default condition. Any user defined BIOS settings that you have changed to suit your particular requirements will have to be made again
Turn off the laptop and disconnect the charger if connected.
Open the laptop and disconnect the main battery from the motherboard. You don’t have to remove it, just disconnect it.
Remove the RTC coin cell battery from the motherboard. Note the orientation of the battery before removal. Usually it is +ve on top, marked on the battery. Whilst the RTC battery is out, measure its voltage. If it is <2.5V DC replace it. The battery type is marked on the battery. (CR2032?)
