Joysticks stuck and triggers no longer work after repair

Did a replacement on my left joystick and when I went to test with game-pad tester.com and the xbox trigger tester: Both axis on both joysticks are stuck at full 1.0 axis and my triggers are no longer responsive. Curious if I overheated an IC and if there’s a replacement for this. Any thoughts?
