***Stuck on Amazon Logo Loop - Any Ideas?***
I had to move my spot to a different location and since I’ve replugged it in it is stuck on a continuous loop of ‘Amazon’ and ‘Echo’ as though it is trying to boot up. Have tried holding down Mute and vol. down - which just goes to a faint ‘recovery mode’ then returns to rotating logos. Never get to screen so can’t access any settings. Any ideas on how to fix or is it dead?
