Patrick Chung let’s start with the easy stuff. Let’s check the One connect. Typical error with that is that the TV Power's On with No video or Continuous Rebooting
1. Power the TV "Off"
2. Unplug One Connect Cable to the TV and OC.
3. Power the TV "ON"
4. If it is still a problem ;
Replace defective: 1 One Connect Cable or 2 One Connect Board or 3 TV Main Board (you already did that).
Let us know what you get on this one.

Now the troubleshooting for the TV is a bit different for the 65 compared to the 75 so we need your confirmation that this is a 65” model. the results for both lead to either replacing the mainboard (which you already have done) and “replacing the Function Assembly” which would be the button/IR board. Trying to figure out what Samsung refers to with that one.

Nice to see that some Samsungs now have an error LED flashing as well. Follow these instructions and see if you get an error code.
