So after I’ve replaced my A50’s screen with a new one, I’ve noticed that the fingerprint has stopped working? It manages to scan my fingerprint up to 15-20%, then stopped working. It says “Couldn’t register your fingerprint. Make sure you’re touching the fingerprint sensor with the middle part of your finger.”[br]

I made sure the screen is compatible with the fingerprint sensor and that the sensor itself is connected (shows a bright green light under my finger when scanning). I'm also on 1 August 2021 Android security update. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of software lockdown, but I’d like to know what might be going on.
