How do I remove a broken isolator bolt?

I changed the front and rear motor mounts on my 2010 Town and Country.  When I attempted to tighten the large bolt(isolator) in order to complete the job, it snapped off flush with mounting hole. What type of drill bit do I need in order to use a bolt extractor?
