S10 plus camera don't work? After water damaged.

I had my s10 plus for a year and I dropped it in water. After I took it out of the water I opened it up and dryed it off. But my 2 camera don't work T all and my battery doesn't charge fully. And my phone keep overheating. I replaced the back camera and my phone camera still doesn't work. Any help?
