Try the following and check if either of them resolves the problem.
i). [link|https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-a10/wipe-cache/|Wipe the cache partition] and check if it now works OK.
-ii). Start and use the phone in [link|https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/android/samsung-galaxy-a10e/safe-mode-samsung-galaxy-a10e|safe mode] and check if the problem still occurs. If it doesn’t then a ''downloaded'' app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each ''downloaded'' app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall. When it works OK then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause. A ''downloaded'' app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn’t come pre-installed with the phone.
