Hi,
When in BIOS, look through the BIOS menus and check that it shows that it has detected the HDD.
''If there isn’t a HDD'' listed in BIOS you need to check if the HDD is connected OK. Can you hear the HDD spin up when the laptop is first started?
Here’s the [https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/330-14ast_330-15ast_hmm_201805.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] for the laptop. Go to p.46 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the HDD. This will allow you to check if it is connected OK and also if you can hear or “feel” it spinning.
''If the BIOS does show the HDD'' then perhaps the HDD boot information is missing or corrupted. Here’s a [https://pureinfotech.com/repair-master-boot-record-mbr-windows-10/|link] that may help with this.
