Go to p.24 onwards to view how to remove and replace the fans.
-They need to be seated properly otherwise the airflow from the CPU & GPU may not be sufficiently good enough to extract the heat fast enough. The CPU has an internal thermal sensor and that is most probably why the fans are on high trying to cool it down as best they can.
