I placed an order about a month ago for a new phone. It's costing me about $199. They're charging a $25 fee to buy the phone. The free phone they sent has very little memory/storage. It's very slow, just like Qlink!
I would suggest calling & emailing them at least once a week, to remind them you're still waiting. To keep the service, your supposed to make at least one call every 30 days. So, if waiting a couple months for the phone, is it possible that service will be deactivated because no calls made for 30 days? I've sent 2 emails a week, for last 2 weeks. I have not received any response yet, after 4 emails.
