VR1 is for the upper display and VR2 for the lower display with touch. Measured looks like a 50K pot. Set your pot that the resistance is around 15K between point 1 and 2 and 23.5K between point 2 and 3. To high and your screen may just fail or your power circuit, so be careful . BTW, you do realize that this needs to be soldered in place.
