July 2021, the X9000 is now running about $100 on E-bay. Looking for a P socket (478 pins), 800 MHz CPU, 6M cache, (“2.6/6/800 p socket, dual core”) the T9300 has 2.5/6/800 P socket is about half the price, but I read somewhere that it required a revised bios at startup - no experience here. The T9500 2.6/6/800 is also about $50. The X9000 is still the best CPU for the D630 it appears, but looking. The 800 MHz was basically phased out. I’m no expert - just learning along the way. Older models are also available with a smaller cache.
