try some Gorilla Glue brand epoxy. It's two part and it is at least as strong as that plastic. Lightly sand the parts where you'll glue them, and make sure to spread a little onto plastic past the break for extra strength. Can always paint it if you don't like the look. Its what I use for plastic repairs. I think it is called Gorilla Weld.
