Replace the bayonet mount.

I had the same problem with my a5100, bought a metal bayonet mount from Amazon and fixed it in about 5 minutes. The plastic one on mine was broken / fatigued and didn’t hold the lenses tightly, thus the pogo pins didn’t properly contact.
