I am trying to fix my Grampa’s iPhone SE because it has a bad battery and a cracked screen, I tried removing the screen but I got only the screen, not the whole assembly like I expected I’m not sure how to remove the shielding and the plastic parts without damaging them I have tried a suction cup and gentle prying
