I realize that you said that there were no diagnostic error codes but try running a ''manual agitation test'' (gentle or heavy) as shown on p.9 of the [document|25604|tech sheet] for the washer.

On p.10 it describes the possible reasons and what to check for a no agitation problem.

Hopefully this is of some help.
